₹400 per trip. For trips above 400 km, driver bata is ₹600. Waiting charges are ₹150 per hour.
₹500 per day. If distance exceeds 500 km in a single day, bata increases to ₹600/day. 1 day = 1 calendar day (00:00 to 18:00 hrs).
Drop trips: Minimum 130 km billing. Round trips: Minimum 250 km per day billing. Actual km apply if more.
₹300 extra for Sedan. ₹500 extra for MUV. Applicable for hill station destinations due to terrain and wear.
₹200 extra. Applicable only for Drop trips that start between 11 PM and 5 AM. Round trips are not subject to night charges.
₹400 for Sedan and ₹500 for MUV, applicable when travelling with pets. This covers post-trip vehicle cleaning.

No, toll and parking charges are collected at actual cost. We clearly mention this upfront before you book. Our drivers use FASTag where available to avoid delays, and you'll receive a receipt for all charges paid during the trip.
Driver allowance is a fixed daily charge that covers the driver's food and stay during outstation trips. It ranges from ₹250–₹400 per day depending on the vehicle type. This is clearly shown in your fare breakdown before booking and does not change after confirmation.
Yes! We understand travel plans change. You can modify your return date up to 12 hours before the originally scheduled return time. Simply call or WhatsApp our support team and we'll adjust the booking. Any fare difference due to additional days will be settled directly.
A nominal night surcharge of ₹200 applies for trips that begin or have a pickup between 11 PM and 5 AM. This covers the driver's safety allowance during late hours. For airport pickups in this window, flight monitoring is still included at no extra cost.
For one-way trips: Total Fare = Base Fare + (Distance × Per KM Rate) + Driver Allowance + Toll/Parking (actual). There's no return fare charged. You only pay for the one-way distance. For example, Salem to Chennai (350 km) in a Sedan: ₹300 base + (350 × ₹13) + ₹250 allowance = approx ₹5,100 + tolls.
For round trips, a minimum of 250 KM per day is billed. This is industry standard to ensure the driver earns fairly during waiting time at your destination. If the actual KM driven is less than 250 KM for the day, you'll be billed for 250 KM. For longer trips, actual distance applies.
